A bit about our history: Bristol Machine & Engineering, Inc. was founded in Bristol, Tennessee in 1945. Rotherm™ Engineering Company was founded in Chicago in 1950. Rotherm™ was acquired by AMG Industries and operated as part of that company for thirty years. Bristol Machine acquired Rotherm™ in 1989. Since 1989, Rotherm™ products have been manufactured in Tennessee. Today, many of our products are still identified as AMG Industries, AMG/Rotherm™, and Rotherm™.

"We are approved" as a Federal Contractor and maintain a Central Registration Number from the Defense Logistics Agency.
